See figure 1(d) in the cited publication for a plot of protection factors versus sequence. NOTES: Deposited timedomain data from a series of [15N,1H]HSQC spectra to monitor SAMP1 H/D exchange. These were obtained at 25C and are located in the topspin directories 5-86. Note that intermitantly 1H WATERGATE spectra were measured during the exchange experiment. The nonoverlapping peaks were integrated using rectangular integration with the program CARA (Batch Integration). These raw integrals were divided by the number of scans NS of the corresponding [15N,1H]HSQC experiment. Note that processed spectra in Topspin (2rr files) are scaled by a factor 2 to the power -NC_proc where the parameter NC_proc is located in the procs file of the corresponding processing directory (pdata/1/procs). The version of CARA used to analyse the data (1.8.4) did not consider this factor and so the raw integrals in the file were also scaled by multiplying by 2 to the power of NC_proc. SAMP1_HDexchange_Integrals.csv row 1: Topspin experiment directory number row 2: Exchange time in seconds rows 3-43 Peak integrals - each row for one peak column 1: Peak number = residue number columns 2-67: Peak integrals - each row for one exchange time The H/D exchange curves were fitted to an exponentially decaying function A exp( -kt ) in the program Origin. Exchange rates were entered into the Excel Table provided by the Englander lab for calculating protection factors. If they are used at other institutions facilities the authors of this deposition and the ETH have no resposibility for any damage which may thereby be incurred. Fred F. Damberger ETH Zurich 07-10-2015
