differences between various NMR spectra and based on the limited digital
resolution of 3D spectra.

Larger error limits for chemical shifts of the amide protons of G127, D211 and
W252. Chemical shifts of these amide protons change slowly over time during a 3D
NMR experiment (relative to a 2D 15N-1H HSQC spectrum); this shift is probably
caused by the gradual increase in salt and protein concentration due to
evaporation of solvent from the NMR sample at the high temperature used during
the experiments.
